The 6th annual Mid Winter Regatta Race will be held

Tuesday, March 5, 2019

at Lake Apthorp, near the town of Lake Placid, Florida. 

This is one of the most laid-back, relaxing races of the racing season, and it has been dubbed: “The Orange Grove Special” because the lake is surrounded by a grove of oranges.

This will also be the first official CCWBRA event with Tohatsu 6 HP 4 stroke motors! 

Online registration is now open!!

Early race registration per driver is $50 through February 24th!! 

There will be a $10 late fee for registration after February 24th.  Online registration is now open and ends Monday, March 4th at noon!  Racers can still register at the event but it would be extremely helpful for the Race Directors to have racers preregister online before the cutoff!  

Safety inspections and boat testing begins Monday at 4 pm.  There will be an informal dinner and meeting at 6:30 pm following safety inspections at Bo David’s Restaurant, 131 Sun n Lakes Blvd, Lake Placid.  

Registration and any last minute safety inspections will begin at 8:00 am on March 5th.  MANDATORY Skippers meeting will being at 9:00 am.   After the awards ceremony, we will have an informal dinner at Golden Corral, 322 US 27, Lake Placid, FL.
