CCWBRA’s 3^rd Annual Mid-Winter Regatta will be held again at Lake Apthorpe in Lake Placid, Florida.  We hope to see you there for some great racing and orange-blossom smelling!

The event kicks off Monday evening with safety inspections and motor testing from 4:00–6:00 p.m.  Afterward we’ll get together somewhere close-by for an informal dinner and meeting.  Registration and safety inspections will start at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday.  The Skippers’ Meeting starts at 9:00 (all racers must attend), and racing starts at 9:30.  Bring your own lunch as there are no food purveyors on site.  Following the races, we will make the award presentations, then go to a location (to be determined) for dinner and some conviviality.

A boat-launching ramp will be available for our use on site.  This is a rustic site; the only other facilities available will be portable toilets.

MEAL INFORMATION

Breakfast

You are on your own for breakfast.

Lunch

There will be a break from racing for lunch from noon to 12:45.

Bring your own lunch as there are no food purveyors on site or nearby.

Dinner

After the races, we will meet at a nearby restaurant (TBD) for dinner.
