This is like watching paint dry…seems like six years of build, and still counting…this boat better be the fastest in the fleet when finally done…

Jack and I have already spent almost three years on ours! It’s a very part-time project for us. Terry is now at the same stage as we are, but he’ll be past us very shortly, I’m sure.
Marty, Make no mistake I’m not the boat builder my son Cameron is.. We started our quest last Fall. He was fortunate to drive a number of boats loaned to him over the past couple of years by other members .. He has won a few races and even the 2018 Nationals Late Classic’s.
Now at 46 years old his Knees are in pretty good shape. He has driven a number of different boats with different seat configurations. It hurts me to say and watch but he prefers knee pads and a bottom pad, no seat … I wear Fusion Braces and use a cane LOL!! Now If I could race I would do like the Crab Boat Guy’s do.. Have a “Lazy Boy” for a seat .. LOL!! … TK
