Hi All,
I am current building my cocktail racer and today part of the internal frame broken while I was putting together (see pictures below). Does anyone have any thoughts on what I should do to fix this?

Not sure when you posted this–the forum has technical problems–but the first thing I’d do is contact CLC for suggestions, or maybe they can cut a new part for you.
Another suggestion: Use the current part as a pattern and cut a new one yourself. But call CLC first, they’re very knowledgeable and helpful.
PS Above assumes that the frame section is removable at this point and that you’re building a CLC kit. A combination of epoxy and 3/4 x 3/4 strips on all sides might do the job, and some stainless steel screws might be useful in that process.
I’m not clear from the picture where you are in the building process, what the big sheet of plywood on the bottom is, or how you broke the frame section, although the BFH in the foreground provides a clue to that.
