Terry, are you building from a kit or from plans? It is my understanding that if you are building from a CLC kit the dimensions of the kit parts are considered acceptable. If you are building from plans the building manual says 15.5 inches from bottom of the hull to tip center of the transom, plus or minus .25 inches. I hope that this helps.
That is a difficult question because I purchased the boat after it was 75% complete from a guy who bought it from another guy. I suspect it is built from plans since it did not have a kit Hull ID number. I was able to find the info after my post but I appreciate your prompt reply. Thank you.

From the CCWBRA Racing Handbook 2019 under Resources on this website:
3.2.9 The transom height shall be between 15.25” and 15.75” with a nominal height of 15.5 “ as defined in the Building Manual.
